By using the services provided by ZeroInterview (hereinafter the "Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ZeroInterview provides recruitment support services that leverage AI technology. The Service includes an AI interview tool designed to help companies evaluate candidates efficiently.

The offering includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Automated interviews by AI
• Candidate matching and recommendation
• Submission and storage of resumes
• Interview result reports and analysis

When you use the AI interview feature, we may collect the following information:

• Video (camera footage)
• Audio (microphone input)
• Response content (audio and text)
• Device information, browser information, IP address, and access logs

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Evaluation by companies in the hiring process
• Improvement of AI algorithms and service quality
• Handling technical issues and providing support
• Statistical analysis using anonymized data

Collected data may be shared with third parties, only in the following cases and with your explicit consent:

• Provision to the company you are applying to
• Matching and evaluation support by United World Inc.
• Disclosure requests from public authorities based on laws and regulations
• Sharing in an anonymized or statistical form

Please note that when you apply for a job through this platform, the above consent is deemed to have been granted.

The Service analyzes the following elements:

• The logic and clarity of responses
• Tone of voice, manner of speaking, and facial expressions
• A preliminary score based on predefined criteria

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Providing false information or impersonating others
• Inappropriate behavior (e.g., nudity or abusive language)
• Recording, taking screenshots of, or redistributing interview content
• Tampering with or analyzing the system

If a violation is confirmed, the Service may be suspended, the company may be notified, or legal action may be taken.

Minors should use the AI interview only after obtaining the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

ZeroInterview is not responsible for the following matters:

• Technical failures caused by your device or network environment
• Adverse outcomes based on information provided by the user

If a violation of the Terms of Service or fraudulent conduct is confirmed, ZeroInterview may suspend or terminate the use of the account without prior notice.

These Terms of Service may be changed without prior notice. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

For any and all disputes arising in connection with the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first instance.
