3. About AI Analysis
In the Service, AI technology is used to analyze candidates' answer content (audio, video, text, etc.) and to generate evaluations and scores.
※AI-based evaluations are used for the purpose of supporting hiring decisions, and the final hiring decision shall be made by the company.

10. Handling of Information Obtained via Google APIs
The Service uses the Google Forms API (forms.body scope) so that a company representative, after authenticating with their Google account, can create and configure a Google Form for job applications.
- Information obtained through Google APIs is used solely to create forms and configure the candidate-identifier field.
- We do not retrieve Google Forms response data.
- We do not use user data obtained from Google APIs to train AI models, nor do we transmit or share it with OpenAI or any other third-party AI service.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
